Tim van Steenbergen, Belgian fashion designer, graduates from Magna cum Laude at the Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Art ( fashion department, textile creation and theatre costume ).

In 2002, Tim van Steenbergen launched his first collection in Paris. Meanwhile he's up to his tenth collection show and the label Tim Van Steenbergen is being sold in various exclusive boutiques all over the world.
Later on, Lancel invited Tim van Steenbergen to join the fashion house. As a young successor, he helped re-designed Lancel Elsa Bucket bag which was created in 1987 and became the Lancel's bestseller. Cooperating with another thress young designers, Erik Halley, Xavier Delcour and Yaz Yazbukey, the legendary Lancel handbags got a new life.
Tim van Steenbergen with other three young designers succeeded in doing not only that but also victoriously returned the celebrity status to the Bucket bag. Perhaps that is part of the reason that Lancel handbags are so vibrant because these young fashion designers set the trend.
Also, Tim van Steenbergen creates jewellery for Swarovski, shoes for Novella Italia and a "Barbie" outfit, an haute couture dress for the Museum of Fine Arts and Lace in Calais (France).
Tim van Steenbergen is fulfilling his destiny of becoming a top name in ladies ready-to-wear and fashion industry.
